Shipping policy

I currently ship within Australia only.

Original artwork
Originals are carefully packed by hand and sent with tracked, insured postage within 2-3 weeks of purchase to allow for artwork drying time. A signature may be required on delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your painting is on its way.

Prints
Prints are made to order by my Australian print partner and usually take 1-2 weeks to produce before being posted directly to you. Delivery after that usually takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your print has been sent.

Delivery times
Remote and rural areas may take a little longer. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please get in touch and I’ll look into it for you.

Orders with originals and prints
If you order an original and a print together, they will arrive in separate parcels as they are posted from different places.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and any photos, and I’ll make it right.
